this three accordion book set with custom housing box was one of my first forays into bookmaking. the black paper is handprinted, while the green accents are purchased handmade paper.

each book is labeled to represent three school years in my life- sixth, seventh, and eight. housed in the accordion folds are authentic text from notes that were passed between my best friend and i during each respective year. the physical "notes" in the book are traced from the originals and folded in a way that mimics the folding of the actual notes.
